Satelindo, one of Indonesia's telecommunication giants, first came to Agrakom in 1998 in search of a website that could showcase and promote new and existing products and services.
That same year, Agrakom came up with its first e-commerce site: www.callindonesia.com. The site had much to offer: information, promotions and even allowed customers to calculate IDD Call Rates to specific countries and purchase IDD Call discount cards (Pass Call Cards) online.
However, and in the highly competitive world of e-commerce, Satelindo soon realised it had to do more. The company closed down www.callindonesia.com and created new and improved site: www.club008.com, which offered discounts and facilities to members and also maintain the services, information and other features offered on the initial site.
Challenge
The new site had to accommodate a lot of information and services. It had to be designed in such a way that would allow customers to navigate the various avenues with ease, be downloaded quickly while presenting optimum coverage of the company's products and services.

Strategy.
The design of any quality site must take into account the priorities of the owner and of their clients.
On the company's side, we asked Satelindo to rank their features so that the user's attention may be directed smoothly to those features Satelindo wished to promote most.
On the users side, we were also mindful to provide alternatives and navigation tools throughout the site to give users total freedom rather than merely have the site dictate their journey.

Technology.
Club008.com is very interactive and contains many different kinds of applications and web-based technologies. Given that it collects a great deal of membership and transaction data, the site also had to be completely secure. The programmers at Agrakom knew how to make this ambitious project a reality.

Information Architecture.
Combining these considerations, Agrakom came up with a design that implicitly, but never fully, divided the site into 2 parts. One for Club members and promotions to attract members, and one for Satelindo itself. This design differs from the run-of-the-mill site in which the structure of the site mirrors the various departments of the organisation and often offers a rather uninspiring user experience.
Agrakom made the club008.com site a combination of what the client wanted to show and what we assumed the users would like to see.
